She’s back….she arrived on Monday after nearly 8 months in St Lucia with a brief return a couple of months ago, but Amy Winehouse the Camden now turned Barnet girl,  is back on hallowed shores and things are at present calm. Photo below taken Mar 26. Splash

Her coming back was not without incident as apparently she burst into tears when she was met by her PA and driver at the airport where she arrived alone, and the press have picked up on this big time billing it as the “Amy Teary Eyed return to the UK”. When an onlooker saw her arrival they said she got teary eyed when she saw her driver and PA, as she hasn’t seen them in a long time, and otherwise was in good spirits.

She’s been missed on this site, she’s a character and a talented one at that and a Londoner through and through. By all accounts according to friends she is back on track and her St Lucia rehab has done wonders.

She may take a couple of weeks to adjust to the whip cracking pace of London life after being on the slow and sedate St Lucia but with her new huge abode in the calmer and suburban Barnet things hopefully should be fine.

All UK media are on standby for this lady as once she’s on the move she generates multiple headlines within a day professionally and in her private or not so private life. Latest headline is she is to appear in court later this month  to answer a charge she punched an autograph hunter at a party last September.
